Does anyone have the same issue with trying to get cool humid air to blow?
Seems like it’s either cool really dry or warm really humid.

Have you looked at the user manual to determine how to set the humidification for your comfort level?

Can't get cool humid air. The water needs to be heated to make the humidity. The air coming through the hose will be somewhat heated.
