Philips Respironics gripe - not recall related

Their Trilogy Evo, the latest version of the Trilogy ventilator (100, 200, 202 are previous models) no longer uses their already almost impossible to find DirectView software to download and monitor patient data. They are making it essentially impossible for the patient to view and follow their own data now. Using a cloud based, physician access only software for monitoring and point of care downloads. The Trilogy Evo uses a USB stick for data downloads, and the most recent version of DirectView does NOT recognize that any PR ventilator data is present on said USB drive.
