ResMed AirCurve 10 VAuto turning off spontaneously?

Post by AidenMarkram » Tue Nov 30, 2021 5:39 am

I believe I have read about this on here, but not with AirCurves and nothing recently, so I thought I'd ask. Is there a known issue with AirCurve 10 turning off spontaneously? This morning as I was sleeping, my machine shut off for no apparent reason. I do have the auto-start/stop enabled, but looking at the data, I see no excessive sustained leak, and I know the mask needs to be completely off (i.e., no backpressure at all) for that to kick in. I took off my mask to see whether something had gotten loose, but there wasn't, and I simply turned the machine back on and went back to sleep. I was wondering if there may be something to take care of here since my machine is fairly new (14 months).https://19216811.cam/ https://1921681001.id/

Have you tried turn that off?

You could post the charts showing when it went off to get more comments.

  • Turn off the machine for a minute or so, then turn it back on to reset it.
  • Check all connections and reseat them:
    • wall outlet
    • cable to power brick
    • power brick to machine
  • Turn-off SmartStart and yes a read that you checked your leak and believe there isn't enough leak for it to auto-stop. But that premise is only valid on a properly functioning machine. Yours may not be.
