Sleep Apena Fatigue

Post by Tbear92 » Thu Oct 21, 2021 4:11 pm

I forced my doctor to give me a sleep study due to feeling drained exhausted fatigued every morning all day. I will attach results. I got a auto cpap and was wondering if anyone believes this is mild or could still be causing my symptoms.

welcome to the zoo!

i'll leave it to others to interpret your sleep study as i'm absolutely the suck at it.

but i DO believe that by using your machine, you'll get the benefit of healthier sleep which could combat that exhaustion you're feeling.

it may take some time(it really doesn't happen overnight), but you'll get there in the end.

good luck!

oh and btw, what machine and mask?
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.

You're waking up every 10-12 minutes (on average). Makes me tired just thinking about it.

Not waking up every 10-12 minutes will, in all likelihood, make you less fatigued.

I noticed the difference the morning after my titration,
but it took several months before my energy improved noticeably.

I may have had a mild case of apena longer then I thought. I think the last year with gaining a bit of weight and no exercising as much really increased number of events. My main symptoms at first were sleeping after eating (normal blood sugar) then it got to fatuge and waking up all through the night peeing alot. I got my cpap today and it's an auto one. It's actually pretty comfortable I've just been chilling in bed with it to prepare my self for the night I think I'll do fine. I will update next couple days. Thanks!!
