Help interpreting Oscar Data

Post by openmind » Thu Sep 16, 2021 5:24 pm

I just started using a CPAP machine(Resmed S9 Autoset) a couple of days ago. CPAP has been helpful that I wake up feeling energized however my sleep is still fragmented. I cannot seem to sleep more than 4-5 hours at a stretch. My sleep issues started after I got adrenal fatigue, before which i would sleep 8-9 hours daily! I sleep on my back will try to sleep on the side to see if it helps

I do not have a sleep study and would like some advice on how to get better sleep.

I am uploading graphs for three continuous days

Increase your minimum pressure to either six or seven.

I’d be happy to see whether I could help, but I can’t get a clear enough view via imgur. Any chance you could post screen shots?

Do you take any medications of any kind? If so what?

i agree with okie and i see you are doing so. bear in mind that it can take some time for you to get the full benefits of therapy.
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.

I occasionally take melatonin, a few drops of CBD oil and magnesium supplements.
