Actually, they are in the wild.
Getting hold of data from an unexposed source is quite a different thing to A11s being delivered to ordinary end users
How many have to be distributed before you will admit they exist????

Why don't you just apologize for your rude remark, instead of digging your hole deeper?

Good news for OSCAR users! This sleep doctor confirmed on Twitter that the AS11 has a flash card slot.

Flash card???
Really?
Those used to be in digital cameras in the 80's.

MyAir? --Of course they would! --It's all in-house.
What we really care about is OSCAR.
Some will not order until they get to keep their wonderful OSCAR!
Oscar-philes are shifting from P-R to Resmed, because they are being shut out by
Respironics paywall encryption greediocy. --(and the icky foam thing.)

Yeah, my post wasn't an endorsement, just an indication that maybe the release of the 11 was imminent.

That is a dilemma. My opinion is if you have insurance that will pay for a new machine, go ahead and get the 10 now, they are getting scarce. If out of pocket the choice is harder. Normally the price is cut deep on old models when new models are about to be released, not likely to happen this year, prices are higher than ever. The 11 may have a few extra features, but the big thing is parts will be available for the 11 much longer than the 10. It comes down to how bad is your sleep apena and how well you do without a machine vs how comfortable you are continuing to use the Dreamstation for most likely at least a month or two. As for myself, I don't function well after one night without a cpap machine.
