OSA startup company - please help with a short survey

I’m part of a startup company developing new sleep apnea diagnostic and therapeutic devices using ultrasound technology. I would like to ask members of the CPAPTalk forum to complete a short survey as part of our research.

This survey will ask you questions about the history of your OSA as it relates to diagnosis and treatments. The survey should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. All participation is optional, and you can exit it at any time.

This is a research study to determine the awareness and interest of CPAP patients in alternative treatment strategies. Optional questions will request personal information including your age, sex, height, weight, and results from your sleep study; these questions are optional and may be skipped.
