Off grid lightweight battery setup for AirMini

I have a Resmed Air mini for travel. I would like a lightweight battery setup for backpacking/camping. I have scoured a number of threads. The Medistrom 24 is one way to go, but I figure I could get longer runs for less money. I am just not much on electrical stuff and don’t know what else I would need to make it work.

This is the battery I did find listed in one forum. Anyone have a connection solution.
