Congestion after use

Does anyone have the same problem? I use a full face mask and it seems now days that I get congested and stopped up nasal passage after using at night. Yes even after cleaning the machine so I don't think it is because it is dirty but not sure.
It takes awhile after waking up to get nasal passage clear again. Does anyone else experience that problem or have experienced that problem?

What setting do you use on your humidifier?
You may need more or less moisture from your cpap humidifier.

If your local climate or location is relatively humid or near water, you're likely to need less, if any, added humidity.

Full face, and especially over the nose only masks caused congestion for me. They both put pressure on the outside of the weaker parts of the nose area and that cuts airflow. Nostril only pillows or cushion style masks have been the answer for me.

welcome to the zoo1 various and sundry experience all kinds of problems with congestion. you have a lot of good suggestions already. may i add the use of flonase?

I always wake with the need to blow my nose.
If I wait too long, I could sneeze into my breakfast.
