Memory card problems(S9)

Post by adin67 » Fri Nov 02, 2018 11:13 am

Hi to everyone, the original memory card (4yr's old) seems to crash and gave me an error message. Without a card, the cpap works well but when I try to push back the card into a machine it stop working. I looked closely at, and it's broken at a corner and something moves inside. I tried with another card (with the the same physical shape and size) and it doesn't fit into the S9, it does not hang in, is ejected back.
I do not know what to do, any advice is welcome.

With the machine turned off, unplugged, perhaps first try gently shaking it out. Next, if that doesn't seem to work, vacuum it out. Then, perhaps advance to using small tweezers. The danger is of damaging contacts inside the card holding slot, and possibly breaking traces or leaving something there that shorts across them.

If part of your card is broken off inside the machine, try disconnecting the humidifier, turn the machine so the slot is facing downwards, and tap on it, hopefully anything in the slot will drop out.
