Autoset 10 didn't send info yesterday....

So I popped the SD and all data was available via SH and not remarkable/different in any way. Pored over the machine and all ostensible/potential communications issues checked out perfectly at my end, ie; not in airplane mode, plenty of signal bars illuminated, yadda-yadda. This morning I wake up, wait an hour and same thing. Site said (yesterday & today, morning thru bedtime) "myAir hasn't received data from your machine for some time." This morning after an hour, same thing except date has changed from July 2 to July 3. 'Bout an hour later the site shows a large orange banner even before sign-on that states: "myAir is currently experiencing technical difficulties. You may experience a delay in receiving new sleep data. Thank you for your patience."

Wondering if this is local, regional, national and how long it might persist?

I’m in Maine, I got the same message for yesterday and today. I thought it was because the WiFi signal was weak in the motel we’re stayin in.

Nope. Must be affecting everyone.
We get the same message here in South Florida. Seems to have been out for two days now.

I live in north Florida, and my data has not been transmitting since July 2nd. Must have something to do with ResMed's MyAir reception equipment.

Thanks guys! (not gender-specific as I know this can be a tough room). Just confirming if my machine had a communications issue since the "technical difficulties" site banner didn't appear (for me) until this morning.

ResMeds don't use WiFi, they use cellular.

LAN, MAN, PAN (bluetooth), or WAN (cellular)... s'all wireless to me :roll:

My Respironics transmitted fine; it might just be a ResMed issue. I'm pretty sure all the back data will be transmitted when the problem is resolved.

Dumb comments like that cause problems when trying to fix things.

Local Area Networks, Metropolitan Area Networks, "Personal Area Networks (well, that's dumb, and not even associated with bluetooth) and Wide Area Networks (Also not cellular) are all very different things, and may or may not have any wireless components *at all*.

WiFi and cell modems are almost completely unrelated also.

What's the point of being intentionally ignorant?

I live in Pennsylvania and my data has not been shown for the last 2 days. Resmond website says it is experien technical difficulties.
