Yes, each time you insert the SD card into the PR S1 you will get that message no matter if anything is transferred or not..use it only to make sure card is inserted properly and ignore it.
Regarding the problems with SleepyHead not finding the data.
Can you please tell me which version of SleepyHead you are seeing when SH is open? Upper left corner of SH when open....
Also..turn your machine over (make sure water tank is removed if water is in it) and look for a sticker on the bottom of the blower unit and look for a 3 digit model number...it may have DS or REF or similar letters in front of it or behind it...main thing is the 3 digit model number...tell me what it is.
If you have a 60 series machine (second digit in that 3 digit number will be a 6) you must be using SleepyHead 0.9.3 since you are using Windows computer. The SH website is not showing the latest SH version as being the latest (I wish they would fix that) so if you don't see 0.9.3 version in your SH version....uninstall the version you have and go back to this link

make sure you get the version 0.9.3 files dated May 19, 2013. This is the most recent version and will work with the 60 series machine.
If your machine has model number 450 or above showing..you have full data and the above May 19 dated version should work.
If your model number is less than 450..your machine doesn't gather useful data and nothing for SH to report.
I always have people double check machine models because sometimes what they choose in their profile isn't correct.
If you do have a full data machine and you do have SH version 0.9.3...then there is something amiss in your import procedure.
The most common error is that people go into the SD card itself with the navigation...that's too far. Stop at the drive letter where the SD card sits.
