How bad is a reading of 77% oxygen reading in titration? This will be my first night with my first machine set at 16 cm.

Mostly it depends on for how long and how often. Actually, how much of the night is spent at 02 saturation of less than 90% is the major concern. 87% for an hour a night is worse than 78% for 6 minutes a night.
