We've had a Sole treadmill for a couple years now - can't recall the model but it's used daily and has been trouble free. Good luck with yours!

I've been using my 10-year-old elliptical a lot. Yesterday, burned a thousand calories in an hour running on the thing (measured by my heart rate monitor). Check out "cardio coach" for good guided music to follow on your treadmill.

WOW! It looks like you could fly that thing! Nice! I have a treatmill that I use everyday when I can't get outside to do my walk/run. I do 5 miles/day, but am planning on doing another 1/2 marathon in Sept. so will start training for that.

Awesome! I bought a Proform treadmill last Sunday and have used it every day for a half hour. I also bought a Home medics weight scale yesterday. I am committed to getting in shape. I was putting more weight on this winter and being so out of shape was effecting my quality of life. I know a mile and a half a day is pretty weak but I will increase my distance and incline as I continue to feel stronger. I tried the automatic exercise progams on the machine and am not able to keep up with them yet but hopefully in a few more weeks or months I will be able to go the distance. I do not want to push myself to quick and injure myself like I did last year with the weightlifting. I feel better already and even sleep better with just a week of walking. I can not let this machine become a dust collector. I can not wait for a heart attack to slap me in face to change my lifestyle I must do it for myself right now.
