Second sleep study questions

I am having my second sleep study tomorrow night for mask fitting? and titration. Is there anything that I need to ask/learn before going into this? I am a bit nervous after reading all the good/bad experiences with this!

It will be just like your first sleep study except that you will be wearing a mask and hooked up to a cpap machine. You will probably have a choice of masks and they should have one that fits you well. They will be doing all the same things except that you will be using the machine. The Tech will monitor ( as before) and keep raising the pressure to deal with any events (apneas, hypopneas). An attempt will be make to have you at the lowest pressure that will deal with enough events to get your AHI below 5. You'll be fine.

nothing to worry about, all will be OK
australian,anxiety and insomnia, a CPAP user since 1995, self diagnosed after years of fatigue, 2 cheap CPAPs and respironics comfortgell nose only mask. not one of my many doctors ever asked me if I snored
