...my facial skin looks quite a bit younger than its 55 years. I did not ever think I would be grateful for those oily skin days....Too bad the skin on my arms and the backs of my hands was not oily. One look at that skin and I can see my true age.
I've got my 81 year old mother hooked on OCM now too-lol. I've been doing it for just shy of a year now and love what it does for my skin at 35, but to see the difference in someone like my Mom was just amazing. She's always had pretty good skin considering she was a farmer all of her life and never really protected, nor did she use fancy moisturizers & cleansers. At her age, wrinkles are a given, but the OCM does seem to make them somewhat smoother and her skin doesn't look dehydrated, like older peoples skin tends to.
As for your arms & back of your hands, you can use 'OCM' on them too, along with the rest of your body- though you may want to use a little heavier oils, like cocoa butter, shea butter and coconut oil, along with the castor oil & olive oil. You can add some aloe vera gel or such when you go to use it, but its best to keep anything containing water out until you're ready to use it, as when you add water/high water content ingredients, then you have to think about preservatives if you want to keep it more then a couple days.
If you want a good exfoliation for your body, you can add some brown sugar or larger crystal salts- it works really good. You don't even need to use a mix of oils for that- I used some extra virgin coconut oil, plus a little honey and brown sugar as a scrub this weekend and my skin felt so good afterwards. It was gentle enough to use lightly on my face too.
Also for your hands, every time you OCM your face, take a moment to rub what's left on hands in your hands really well. I do the same thing any time I do a mask or exfoliation on my face too. I figure it all helps a little to help out and my hands are the softest they have ever been.
Your facial OCM mix also makes the best shaving oil for legs & other areas. You do have to rinse your razor more frequently, but not getting any nicks at all is worth it. Besides, its like putting on the best lotion while shaving, so you end up with extra smooth & silky shaved legs all in one step
