Hello All,
I was on vacation and I enjoyed my time. I had my AirMini machine with me for the first time and it worked very well.
But now on the MyAir web site I have empty days where my bed side machine was not used and I would like to find out if I can merge the data from the two machines into one report.
Anyone has any insight on how to do that?
Thanks in advance!

Re: Traveling with a CPAP Machine
myAIr doesn't support the AirMini. You would need a separate app for the AirMini.

Re: Traveling with a CPAP Machine
Thanks ups4,
Sorry I may not have been clear enough.
What I want to do is send the data from my MiniAir to the same place my bed side machine sends that data.
So, I was using my bed side CPAP machine, every night I was at home.
And every day my bed side CPAP machine will send the report to xxx. I can see the results using the myAir app.
Now I am on vacation, and I am away from home, and not using my my bed side CPAP machine. I am using my travel CPAP machine, the MiniAir.
Each day my MiniAir does transmit the report to yyy? I can see the daily results using the AirMini app.
I am trying to figure out if xxx and yyy can be the same place. If they can, then how do I make them, and if they can't why not? I mean insurance wants to make sure that we are using the machines they are paying for?! Plus it gives continuity of therapy reports.
I hope this makes my idea clearer.
Georgie

Re: Traveling with a CPAP Machine
If you are still in your insurance compliance period you made a mistake not using the cpap they are paying for. I don't think they care about your travel or your travel cpap. Call them to ask to be sure tho.
I always encourage anyone still in the compliance period to use their insurance cpap until they complete compliance.

Re: Traveling with a CPAP Machine
As far as I know you can not merge the two. As to why, I have no idea. You would have to ask Resmed that.

Your reply was most helpful.
It is a shame why ResMed would not think about this and make it possible to have a single account where you can manage multiple machines. I mean machines break, they get updated, so it does make sense to me to be able to go and change the machine you are using. Having said that, a travel machine would be a no brainier to add to that singular account.
Maybe all of us here, at CPAP Talk, who use ResMed products should send an email message to the 'Powers to Be' at ResMed asking them to look into providing this service.
Thanks for a very to the point answer! Well Done!

Re: Traveling with a CPAP Machine
that would only work if we were the customers. alas, the dme is the customer and the dme has no compelling reason to ask for this service.

Re: Traveling with a CPAP Machine
My Air and those other apps were developed so the DME can collect "hours of use" for billing insurance nothing more.
DME has to prove the patient is using the device to get paid.
They use to have to visit your house to read directly off the cpap.
Oscar is a good choice if you want to merge your data.
