Sorry, I am rather new to CPAP. The heading mentions AirMini. What is a “normal CPAP tube?” And how do I connect the mask that came with my AirMini to this Qtube? Thanks!

I'm new too and am having EXACTLY the same issue! I have my Qtube and the adapter, but we're scratching our heads as to how to connect the mask's tubing.
Sorry but I haven't checked this thread lately. Hopefully, the picture below could help you with how everything is connected together.
I tried to replicate this set-up but can’t figure out what the small piece is that connects directly to the Airmini? Does anyone know?

Take a picture of the small piece you're referring to.

This thread would be an excellent resource to read PRIOR to buying an AirMini.

This is an old thread. If you want to use an AirMini with any mask, you can now purchase an inexpensive adapter that attaches to the AirMini and lets you use any standard hose. Google Amazon for "airmini hose connector".

I use my AirMini often ( with the AirMini tubing ) and love it. Since switching to a P10 from a FFM, I'm not bothered by any significant noise, and this is often in a tent where the machine is next to my head. Or maybe I'm going deaf, or just got used to it, but works for me
Mask: alternate between P10 and N30; Vitera / F20 if allergies
Machine: AirSense 10 Autoset / AirMini

I came, I saw, I dozed off...

The ZephAir universal hose adapter allows any mask to be worn with the AirMini.

I sleep with a HEPA air purifier running across the room, I don't hear a sound from the CPAP.
