Welcome. Please feel free to share any comments or thoughts about your first nights with you new sleep partner and there will certainly be others who have experienced the same. I, as well, am somewhat of a newbie and have found tons of advice. Also, visit the live chats to share your experiences. Again, welcome. We all are one.

Welcome to the forum ... lots of great support and info here to get your treatment on the right track.

For sore nose ... try using Ayr's saline gel w/ aloe ... really helps your nose while it gets used to having silicone pillows resting on it all night.

Make sure you don't over tighten the headgear straps ... should be only just tight enough that you don't leak air while tossing and turning your head about in the pillow.

Best of luck!

Welcome, I have the same set up and after about a week I got used to nasal pillows. You have stumbled onto the greatest resource around. The good folks here have always been able to find and answer to my questions.
9 + months for me and it just keeps getting better.

Nasal pillows take a little while (for me less than a week) to adjust to. My nose was a little sore the first few days too.

hang in there it will be fine
