Dreamstation safe state

Can anyone help me resetting my Cpap machine, as I had a power outage last night then the screen displays a service required message 061218-03723 and it don't work no matter how many times I unplug it and replug it :(

I take it you were unable to check it while the DME was still open?
Another compelling argument for a backup machine--even a secondhand one.
Try a different outlet, just in case your house wiring went cuckoo.
