Newbie, need help

Post by triumph65 » Tue Nov 14, 2017 8:48 pm

I’m a bit overwhelmed by all the choices. My prescription is for an auto pap machine with heated humidifier. For at least one week a year we camp with no access to power. So whatever I buy I’ll have to figure out a way to power it while camping.

Can someone suggest the latest greatest autopap with heated humidifier? I’m overwhelmed by all the reviews I’ve read online.

Thanks!!

Do a forum search on 'camping' batteries, etc. as there is much info here on what people use.

Start your reading about batteries and cpap here

Respironics machines will run directly from a 12 volt battery.
ResMed machines are 24 volt and will need a special converter to be run off batteries
