Curious: how did you figure out where to set your max pressure? Also, while I'm thinking about it: do you check for leaks at that max pressure? I guess my thinking is: if it's good at the Max pressure it's definitely going to be good below that. Cheers. Your post indicates that you are using the EL...

What ozij said is absolutely correct. If you would look at the events that occured after the 6 hours, they would mostly be CAs which in this case are events with no airway blockage...just very irregular breathing while awake or partially awake. In a recent post someone posted OSCAR results from a Weinmann Prisma Smart machine. According to OSCAR's list of Supported Machines this one is "Well Supported" by OSCAR. Mine is 12/20.....I average 13 and the highest I get is about 16.5

Have you ever read the explanation of how the Score is calculated. It's on your app. Bring up your nightly score, tap on the seal to see month to date, and then tap on (?).

With the AHI you are showing, your pressures should be increased...not decreased.
