Could be the sim card though, don't know. Can I just purchase a generic card? yes, most any sd card will do, I've tried plain sd, sdhc, sdxc cards in mine, though it formatted the 64 gig card to 50 gig.... I think anything bigger than a gig will probably work, no need for a special "resmed" sticker...

I've now checked to make sure I've selected "all data" before download.
