Many thanks for pasting in the article. I should be beyond being shocked by this kind of corporate behavior, but I’m not. Just awful.

Re: Help interpreting iMatrix resvent Data
Those look like sighs to me. But I wonder whether you're actually asleep in that snippet. The reason I wonder is that you're flow rate doesn't show any pauses between exhalation and inhalation. Do you see such pauses elsewhere? I'd be curious whether your study evaluated you for periodic limb moveme...

The person who originally posted is unlikely to come back after the time that has elapsed. Could you tell us: does your husband have slurred speech?

Re: Can a CPAP machine truly revolutionize life?
If your oxygen levels are good all night CPAP is not going to help you. I don't believe this is true. O2 levels can remain comfortably above the 90 threshold and yet repeated obstructive events can disrupt sleep architecture and subject the body to repeated bursts of adrenaline. Both of these condi...

Re: Nasal Irrigation
I’ve used NeilMed Sinus Rinse to good effect. There’s a squirt bottle and packets of prepared salts that you use with distilled water. It’s a little strange at first, but I got used to it fast. I watched a couple of how-to videos, which were helpful.

Re: More Events on workout days
I'm getting a "Not found" error message from the most recent link. I strongly advise you to stop focusing on whether there's something wrong with your breathing and instead focus on improving the quality of your sleep. I completely understand your desire to get back to normal, and you seem to be on ...

Re: More Events on workout days
It sounds like you're generalizing from one workout followed by one night of increased AHI. Don't! And be aware that when people are sore, their sleep is often rocky. Also, your AHI is still fine. It doesn't make any particular sense to think of it by comparing it to your AHI in your sleep study. Ab...

Yes, if you use some sprays for more than a few days, you can have rebound congestion. Re: Lots of Events under 10 Seconds
Here's a study that tries to establish what a normal rate for brief arousals is by age: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2564772/ It has its limitations, but a good take-away is that brief arousals are a normal part of sleep. That's brutal, so basically 10-25 arousals per hour and 7% SW...

During your sleep study, do you know how much of the time your O2 levels were below 90?
