That would be my vote. If this were a poll.

But then, I might be a tad biased.

Hi RG, Happy to see you, you're the nostalgia I was thinking about!!

Re: Thank you to mystery supply donor

I recently sent out a couple of masks to an active member(I won't mention names without permission) but the shipping details were to another name and address so I assume they were being sent to a friend or family member in need. I'm always amazed by the generosity of this forum.

I had the same gap at 2AM but I just shrugged it off(thanks Pugsy!) . I'm sure it has something to do with DST.

Re: Maybe we need a "purge"

I'm pretty "nostalgic" about the old posts. Many of these "old timers" were the experts here and the glue that kept this forum alive and well. I miss them. I still review some of them occasionally to remind me of what they taught me and a lot of what I've forgotten but should remember.

Cman, I've missed you and very sorry to hear of your tremendous losses. Life is so precious but not always easy. I hope you know how much your beautiful photos have soothed and calmed me during some of my most trying times, and hopefully I look forward to viewing your new adventures. Blessings.

Re: Howdy, any tips much appreciated.

...is there a correlation between EPR or PS and Centrals? I believe so, but the only evidence of that has been here, is anecdotal reports, and some technical evidence. As a reminder, EPR does not behave like PS all the time, only periodically. OK, you knew this question was coming! How does EPR beh...

https://www.cpap.com/productpage/reliance-controls-power-out-failure-alarm-safety-light.html I've used this for years and it's worth a lot more to me! It's plugged in by my night table and it has a fairly piercing alarm that wakes me up immediately whenever we have an outage. Mike would sleep throug...

Re: Getting new mask -- how to sell old one?

I am as likely to buy a used $40 retail mask as a used tooth brush. I use a very expensive mask but would not buy one used to save money. My insurance company buys me two per year. Who cares what you would or would not buy....... There are lots of people that are not as fortunate as you....they are...

Re: Howdy, any tips much appreciated.

As to Pugsy's question, is there a correlation between EPR or PS and Centrals? I'm trying to fine tune that with Mike's Vpap. His centrals seem to be under control since I changed some of the sensitivity settings. I'm using either PS=3 or 4 but can't figure out which is most comfortable for him. His...

Re: Any ideas to get used to FFM? (Quattro Air)

I wouldn't have the slightest clue how to change the pressures on my machine, or what would be a better number.. To quote one of our members SleepingUgly, "Never put your health entirely in the hands of someone who cares less about it than you do". To be successful with this therapy you have to bec...

Re: Any ideas to get used to FFM? (Quattro Air)

According to Sleepyhead my average pressure is 5.08 and my 95% pressure is 10.30 over the past six months. If I am reading Sleepyhead right my prescription is minimum of 5 and max of 20. I have never seen an actual written prescription from the doctor. Your pressure is set "wide open" which is not ...

It's been over 5yrs with just "reasonable" cleaning and my equipment still looks brand new with no ill effects, so when should I start worrying?

Re: New user challenges

EPR is a personal comfort feature and there's no problem with experimenting with the settings 1, 2 or 3. 1 gives the least expiration relief and 3 gives the most. From what you describe you might be finding it uncomfortable exhaling and EPR might help with that. Good luck and keep us posted.
