sleepysmurf-I was always tired as a kid and an adult. always sleeping in class,taking naps in the car(while its parked, of course-lol!)This was before I knew this was an actual condition.
The smurf part of the name is because Im not that tall.

Sounds like a good idea john. Ive been looking for AWAKE meetings and fouund the closest ones in the New Brunswick area to be in Somerville or Toms River. It would be nice to get tips from people who have been using a cpap for a while

I enjoyed reading this thread. When the majority of you listed the symptoms that you experienced, all I could say was "Thats me. Thats me".Got the second part of my sleep study done last week, and waiting for my primary doc to track down the lung doctor and the DME. Im curios to know how you all PAP...

Thanks for the information. Im very new to the whole cpap thing(but not new to heavy snoring, since I was told I did it from infancy) So I think initally Ill be doing more reading than replying.
