Shape

Mine are more oblong, and both are angled slightly different(this is a key to getting a good fit as nasal pillows are oval-oblong shaped). I require 2 different sizes pillows, large for the right nostril and medium for the left nostril.

Back Orders

Dave, The information you were told is accurate. I don't think you getting messed around, plus I see it from a supplier stand point and Resmed's problem is making alot of people react the same. Swifts are slowly making their way to suppliers, but not enough to keep them stocked. This is a hot item r...

Will this machine work on 110 and 220 volt? Is the plug for the wall the same as the other 420 machines?

Stuffy Nose

If you wake up with a dry mouth, stuffy, congested, or runny nose, dry, burning, itching, or bleeding nose, a heated humidifier will either reduce or eliminate these symptoms. The pressure on you machine may need to be increased by only one or two points, a simple call to the doctor might fix the fe...

Sinus Problems

I have a couple of suggestions. A heated humidifer added in line with the bipap would probably help the most. The heated humidifer helps dry mouth, stuffy, congested, or runny nose, dry, burning, itching, or bleeding nose, and a heated humidifier will either reduce or eliminate these symptoms. Aller...

Benefit of a cpap

foobar0, That answer varies and depends on the person. Some people find huge relief the night of their sleep study, others take any amount of time to get relief. Think of it along these lines. You have gone for however long in your life getting bad sleep, never fully recharging yourself with the ful...

prescription help

Hey son, To buy a cpap you have to provide a prescription, it is required by law. It is just like buying medication at a pharmacy. I don't have a sample prescription. The prescription usually indicates the treatment pressure required for the cpap to blow. An Auto Cpap is unique and decides what trea...

Skin Irritation

I agree keep it clean. The oils in your face ruin the life of the silicone in any mask. Washing it daily is best. This will help eliminate any irritation. The skin breaking down or scabbing is a different problem. That would most likely be a mask that is not the right size or a mask being overtighte...
