Hang around and tell others your story. Lots of people come here taking sedatives and anti-depressants when they should have been prescribed CPAP.

Has to do with the progressive jaw advancement that needs to have continuity, or you're back to square zero every time you re-start using the dental appliance instead of cpap.

Seems like the device stretches connective tissues which shrink over time when the device is not used. Just guessing.

Gramps had the surgery about 25 years ago and says it one of the best things he ever did for himself.

It's not a cure, but it makes using CPAP so much easier and greatly improves breathing and health throughout the day.
