What restrictions? The insurance company is only concerned that you use the machine they paid for. If you don't use it you have to return it or pay for it. I don't think that is unrealistic.

Any standard or slimline hose should fit. Only heated hoses are unique to the specific machine. The standard hoses are available all over ..CVS, Amazon, etc

Are you mouth breathing? If you are, consider a full face mask or a chinstrap. With leaks that high, your AHI may be under stated.

They are available at any CPAP supply store, Amazon, some CVS Stores, Facebook Marketplace etc. Have you had a problem finding it?

Why can't you just run a small room humidifier in your bedroom? Many people do it when they need more humidity.

I'm the opposite. My original sleep study was 15 years ago. I requested another in November and it indsicated that I no longer needed the CPAP. The AHI was 4.8. I told my doctor that I was more comfortable sleeping with the CPAP. Sh said I could do what I wanted. I go back to see her in 2 months to ...

If total time in apnea is not the time you are not breathing then what is the purpose of total time in apnea? Link to figures within color coded bars: https://imgur.com/a/EjyHS8C AHI indicates the number of individual apneas...it doesn't tell you how long each apnea was. They could have been 10 sec...

Aside from being able to possibly using MyAir and transmitting data to the doctor, what would be the purpose of adding a modem? After years of use, I don't see any reason to connect to the doctor and MyAir was developed mainly for new users to follow their progress.

The holes are there to exhaust your CO2. All masks have some exhaust holes. Some are more obvious than others. The masks are not defective.
