CPAP therapy didn't make any difference in my weight. I've been on xPAP a little over 10 years. It's only last year when I started getting serious about how I was eating that I started losing. I bought this in August online from a great US store. May still be made in China, but I bought it from store in the US. I've never had any problems with it and it works great with Sleephead. A few questions on how something worked, which someone here answered, but no actual problems at all.

I never used it. I feel like I'm suffocating at anything under 7. When I started I was on straight CPAP at 9, so felt the ramp would be useless for me. Exhale relief is what helped me the most when I started out.

My husband has a short beard and uses a mask liner from Pad a Cheek. The liner helps a lot with his leaks and hasn't worn out. I think he's had the liner a couple of years.
