My backup mask is a sleepweaver Elan; which I ordered in case of a nasal sore.
The all-cloth masks are quiet, light, and soft, containing no silicone at all.
I wish they made PPE--I would have ordered a dozen.

Re: pillow vs cradle

Pillow masks (P10/ Nuance Pro) shouldn't put pressure on your teeth. They pull/push up against the nares.

Nasal (cradle) masks can press somewhat against the upper gums depending on the mask.

For example, SleepWeaver 3D leaves a light horizontal mark across my philtrum in the morning.
