Re: Phillips / Philips Respironics recent recall notice discussion thread
I had registered my System One ASV (960P) back in July of 2021. Since then I received a few emails looking at my saved list (11/21, 10/22, 12/22, 5/23) but none telling me where my request was in the system. Last October they asked for a script which I had my doctor send over but no response or ackn...

Re: Phillips / Philips Respironics recent recall notice discussion thread
From the link https://www.usa.philips.com/healthcare/e/sleep/communications/src-update it states "90% of the production of replacement devices and repair kits globally has been completed" That is really difficult to believe with so many here still waiting. Maybe what that means is that they have a w...

The site is working again for me. Same old message though.
Thank you for providing your information. Your durable medical equipment provider will provide you with your replacement device as soon as they receive it from Philips.

Re: Phillips / Philips Respironics recent recall notice discussion thread
I am getting the same error so think it is simply a web site issue this weekend. Try again on Monday.

Re: Phillips / Philips Respironics recent recall notice discussion thread
My doc faxed prescriptions for the System One 50 and System One 60 last week, but the status is still showing "please fax us your prescription." anyone else seen anything change at the portal when they faxed the prescription? Give it another day or two. Mine script was faxed over last Tuesday and I...

Re: Phillips / Philips Respironics recent recall notice discussion thread
Similar situation here. I haven't dealt with the DME I got the machine from in years and I don't know if PR is going to contact the same one or a new one. I did not get any notification but this is what I am seeing now: US Patient Portal Replacement device order information Non-US Patients: Please c...

Re: Phillips / Philips Respironics recent recall notice discussion thread
My script is 6 years old and my Insurance rules require I get a new sleep study for insurance to cover a machine & supplies. I've never seen a health insurance policy that routinely requires a new sleep study. They may require a renewed prescription and proof of compliance. Think about it. Sleep ap...

Re: Phillips / Philips Respironics recent recall notice discussion thread
Ask for a home sleep study as it should be much cheaper. My insurance did deny mine stating sleep center would be appropriate as I also have a history of central apneas.

Re: Wow $50 for recalled machine
If you have a prescription for the machine which I dont. That is what your doctor is for. The last time I asked for one (thought about ordering a portable one over the Internet) my doctor had no problem pulling out a prescription pad and writing it down with a signature. Yes, another delaying tacti...

Re: Wow $50 for recalled machine
The letter I got had two options. 1st was for the $50 but 2nd was to get back in line for a replacement by letting them know at https://www.philipspatientportal.expert ... /?ulang=en. Did you not get the 2nd option?

Re: Phillips / Philips Respironics recent recall notice discussion thread
I just got the same email about my old System One. I take it they are tired of replacing devices and looking for a way out.
