few minutes ago i walk up gasping with heart pounding and sweaty forehead. this is a print

this is the patter just before i walk up in the middle of the night.

i noticed this pattern of breathing appearing alot on my data charts.

is this normal ?

i apologize the earlier screen shot was not for the full day. i added the last two nights.

i wake up at night between 2-3 am and i cant sleep for sometime. after making the adjustments to my cpap settings, i dont wake up with breathlessness and pulpitations like before.

last night was not a good night of sleep. for some reason i removed the mask during sleep. i need a mask removal alarm to help.

i bought one from cpap.com a month or so ago and used it for 170 hours, will be selling it soon as i am using aircurve now..

we cant control fate, but we can pray for god to make it easier on us. remember to be strong and wait for the storm to pass.
