I bought my Dreamstation from Sleep Apnea Solutions. Received general email from them end of October that they will be replacing it, actually went to my spam. Then last week got a call to come in for replacement. Had to show Philips confirmation number from recall registration.

Just checking in... Any fellow Canadians hear or receive any updates regarding the recall? Or, better yet - any Canadians actually receive a replacement unit? My unit was 3 months old when I stopped using it. I'm just wondering if they have even begun looking at unit replacements in Canada? Thanks ...

Could be that the provider/clinic decides how to distribute the replacement machines, not everyone doing the same thing as mine.

I received my DS1 at the end of March and had it recalled in early June - I used it for 2 months. Not sure if that means I'd be at the end of getting a replacement? ...

Ok. Well imo device in this price range shouldn’t have this kind of bug. Most likely it’s just a firmware fix, but resmed don’t care.

Since I’m using iPhone, wonder if it’s android phones that work without problem.
