Re: New ASV. Oscar pics.

Ooh, tricky today: Wordle 710 6/6 ⬜⬜⬜⬜🟨 ⬜🟨⬜🟨⬜ ⬜⬜⬜🟨⬜ ⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜ 🟩🟩🟩⬜🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 Not sure what that means, but having been on the ASV a couple weeks, I’m surprised at how many times I’m sleeping through the night or almost through the night. The dreams have settled down, too. I am not dreading going to bed an...

Re: New ASV. Oscar pics.

But it’s not like I can’t have it. "It?" You mean "Hiroshima Sleep No, I mean the machine. I’m don’t know much about this sleep stuff. But I know that I stop breathing when I’m asleep. And the ST machine was terrible. It had a good Number, but I didn’t feel as good in the morning. The Number? I’m d...

Re: New ASV. Oscar pics.

TWA. Begging your pardon, it's actually Hiroshima sleep. TWA? Today was awful? This was amazing? I think I was told before that I have Hiroshima sleep here on the boards. As in train wreck? In my defense, nobody could’ve slept in that place. The study was done in a second floor motel room. A parkin...

Re: New ASV. Oscar pics.

Looking good! Your EPAP (inhale pressure) is fixed at 6.0, while pressure support can vary between 5 and 10. This will give an inhale pressure (IPAP) of 11 - 16. (IPAP = EPAP + PS). So the max IPAP of 16 is correct. Whether it's high enough is a question answered by another question - are you havin...

Re: New ASV, OSCAR pics. How does it look?

Good morning. I hope you all slept wonderfully last night. I'm adding three nights of Oscar pics because I'm curious to know what the experts here on the board see. As a non-expert, I'm wondering if my top pressure is high enough. It seems to be topping out at 16, but I thought my Rx max should be 1...

Re: New Titration, Getting an ASV

Do you think that the ASB will do a good job handling all of those hypopneas?

New ASV. Oscar pics.

Link to my thread for my Aircurve 10 ST: https://www.cpaptalk.com/viewtopic/t184243/Shallow-Breather-Oscar-Screenshots.html I have centrals, obstructives, and hypopneas. After a year on the ST machine, I still not getting the rest that I feel I need to get, so I went back to the my sleep doctor and ...

Re: Shallow Breather Oscar Screenshots

Hello everyone. It’s been about a year since I posted. I recently spoke with my sleep doctor, and told them that I have not been a fan of the ST machine, and shared with her the hardships that I’ve been having with it the last year. Long story short, she has agreed to have a new sleep study for the ...

Re: Shallow Breather Oscar Screenshots

What a rough night. I decided to try the Simplus again instead of the pillows mask, and I had leaks everywhere. I also woke up a lot, seemed like every hour until maybe 5 am. The closeup chart shows a period where I had several hypopneas followed by what appears to be a central and my lowest O2 of t...

Re: Shallow Breather Oscar Screenshots

Hmmm....I don't see SpO2 graphs on the reports above. I see respiration rate and tidal volume but I don't see oxygen related graphs at least on the ones in this thread unless I am blind. FWIW...we don't really need respiration rate or tidal volume graphs for overall evaluations. I'm including two f...

Re: Shallow Breather Oscar Screenshots

Anyway, I think you really have to figure out what you need to control OSA and don't chase stuff that is bad sleep. That's just going to need some Dial Wingin' (and maybe you're actually there already), but more important, what are you doing about your bad sleep? We’ll, honestly, I thought I was tr...

You don't happen to have an overnight recording pulse oximeter do you or did you?
I do. O2 is on the screenshots that I attached. Do you need pulse too?
