I looked at the links about Oscar in the thread for where newbies start, but it was all Greek to me. I'll have to get an SD card. Any idea how much capacity it will need to have?
get the smallest you can get. oscar data doesn't take up a lot of space.
Thank you, Zonker! πŸ˜πŸ‘

Re: New user with variations in AHI

Hello! The best way to enable people to help you will be to use the wonderful Oscar software and post a daily chart. The link is in my signature block. You will need an SD card in your machine, a laptop or desktop computer, and a way to read the SD card (slot in the computer or a card reader you pl...

New user with variations in AHI

Hi folks! πŸ‘‹πŸ˜ I've been using a CPAP for just over 2 months now. My sleep study AHI was 84, obstructive and central, more obstructive though. With the new treatment it's gone down considerably ~ averaging 2 to 8 but as high as 26, although the ResMed AirSense10 Autoset machine and the company's MyAir...

Re: Surviving the Summer with my new CPAP

:D :D :D Thank you, everyone, for the suggestions. I do run the ceiling fan and have to use replacement tears (not the expensive gel stuff, but replacement tears work better for me than the saline drops). I will make some distilled water ice cubes though, thank you for that suggestion. Since posting...

Surviving the Summer with my new CPAP

Hi everyone! πŸ‘‹πŸ˜ Nice to meet you! I'm new to the forum, but I've been on a ResMed AirSense10 Autostart for about 7 weeks now, using an AirFit F20 full face mask. Apparently I'm one of the lucky few that seems to have gotten used to it with not too much difficulty, thankfully. I'm happy to say that I...

Re: Where A CPAP Newbie Should Start

Hi everyone! πŸ‘‹πŸ˜ Nice to meet you! I'm new to the forum, but I've been on a ResMed AirSense10 for about 5 weeks now, using an AirFit F20 full face mask. I guess I'm one if the lucky few that seems to have gotten used to it with not too much difficulty, thankfully. Spring has sprung though, and here i...
