I always get a 403 Forbidden error when I try to download the installer. Is there another way to access or register with Apneaboard as every page is forbidden other than the main OSCAR page. For those of you having display issues with OSCAR 1.5.0, the OSCAR developers are working on a solution. It is a complex problem that will take some time to correct. There is no time frame available for a fix so please be patient.
