A Quick, Recurring, Strong Breath (sharp sleep sigh?)

Hi All... I'm currently on ResMed VAuto (PS 1.6 over 8.4-13.0) but most night my IPAP is 10 and EPAP is 8.4. That said, the issue in this thread happens on different settings and even machines. I haven't noticed a correlation with a certain machine or pressure setting. See these flow charts ... b1.j...

Re: Did you wake up "False-Refreshed" when you first started?

I'm not really looking for a solution since the only solution is to just try to sleep for as long as possible. My original question was sort of a survey, I just wanted to check if others experienced the same thing when they first started CPAP. Seems to be a mixed bag so far.

It's like your good sleep sensors are confused? I'll explain... ...

When I don't, it's just the lack of resistance. It's like the machine lowers the pressure after a 5 minutes or so. This is a ne...

Do I need to change pressure for a different mask?

Hi everyone :) I use a Philips AutoCPAP with a dreamwear nasal gel pillow mask. The titration in the lab was done using the same nasal pillows. The "Mask Type" setting on the machine is set to "2". I borrowed the Resmed Full Face F20 AirTouch mask and want to try it for a few days. Do I need to chan...
