Re: Alternative to chin strap for mouth breathing?
I have tried about all the different options for mouth breathing and finally saw the collar mentioned on this forum. As was previously stated the collar is inexpensive and it works really well for me. I start out on my back but then flop from side to side during the night and never wake up with a dr...

Re: Mouth Breathing solution?
I agree 100% with JIFINKELS comment, (Have you tried a soft cervical collar? I tried chin straps and tape but didn't like either. The soft collar did the trick for me.). I tried mouth tape, at least 4 different chin straps and none seemed to work for me. I saw someone on this forum mention the cervi...

auto or fixed?
I have the resmed autosense 10 and the sleep doctor that prescribed it set my pressure 8-16. Since then I have changed my sleep dr. and he changed it back to fixed pressure of 11. Re: new machine
Thanks everyone for the replies. I found out this morning that good ole Oscar picked up my new machine. Not sure why but my AHI was lower last night than it has been ever. Please someone post the setup for taking a screenshot, I lost my instructions and need the settings. Thank you

new machine
I had a new sleep study and just got a new resmed airsense 10 auto. This will replace a new airsense 10 auto that I purchased in Sep. 2021. Planning on using it for my backup. Since this is the same machine but with a different SN do I need to change anything on Oscar? My pressure setting on my old ...

Re: Help with Oscar
This is after recommended adjustments, I am feeling good when I wake in the morning so it seems like it is working. Do you see any adjustments I need to make. Thank you!
