If you happen to find a Fountain Of Youth, let me know. I'll fly to the U.S. just to take a swim in it. (If I happen to find one in Australia, I'll post on here and let everyone know where it is).
If this is ever posted, I hope the mods make it a sticky. I sure don't want to miss it!

Re: Settled into CPAP routine, but backsliding on effectiveness

Clusters of events are fairly common. Use the resources that Pugsy has provided and check whether yours are "sleep-wake junk." Of course, if you are not really sleeping, or are having repeated arousals, that's a sleep problem in itself. See attachment for an example of the kind of SWJ that I see ev...

Re: Settled into CPAP routine, but backsliding on effectiveness

Go here and watch all the videos. http://freecpapadvice.com/sleepyhead-free-software Pay special attention to the last one. Re: Settled into CPAP routine, but backsliding on effectiveness

Okay, I'm obviously not embedding screenshots properly so I'll have to investigate that. In the meantime, here are direct links to the imgur screenshots. Here's an overview of my OSCAR results. Some recent days are very good (AHI < 3), others are poor (AHI > 5): https://imgur.com/a/IoMGM7M Here's a ...

Settled into CPAP routine, but backsliding on effectiveness

Re: Newbie would like to hear success stories, please.

Count me as an APAP success (although there have been bumps along the way). Here's my story. I've been constantly exhausted for years but avoided repeated recommendations/referrals from friends and medical providers to get tested for sleep apnea. I had absolutely no interest in wearing a contraption...

Re: Can't find distilled water

The worst thing that will happen is you get a bit of mineral build up in the water chamber but it is easily removed with a bit of vinegar or lemon juice. This may be a silly question, but what is the best method to remove the buildup with vinegar? Splash it on, or soak the chamber? If soaked, how l...
