Re: THE GREAT PILLOW EXCHANGE

Could someone clarify for me if posting pillows that come as a part of a "Starter Kit" but are not used is allowed? My DME keeps sending me full starter kits when they send me replacement mask/headgear and I'm accumulating a bunch of nasal pillows that I don't use. I imagine I'd wrap them in bubble ...

Re: Degrading Scores :( Trying to learn how to read OSCAR data

Hello hello, since checking in last, I’ve increased my min pressure and also changed bed pillow type and my numbers for the most part improved. I need to reinstall Oscar to get at the more detailed data but I’ve noticed the last few nights I get woken up because my mask is leaking. D3262577-0423-470...

Re: Anyone have a P30i size small cushion for sale?

Just a question, why stick the moleskin to your face rather than sticking it to the mask? If one’s skin is sensitive the adhesive being applied and removed might cause issues. And to twokittymom: are you still looking for a p30i small cushion? I might have one, but it’s like the one I tried for one ...

Re: Degrading Scores :( Trying to learn how to read OSCAR data

Something changed to make so something that did work well...no longer works so great. My speculation is 1) getting accustomed to wearing a mask at night has meant that I tend to sleep more "naturally" than I did when I first started therapy 2) there are a bunch of nights when I was not sleeping in ...

Re: Degrading Scores :( Trying to learn how to read OSCAR data

Greetings again (and more thanks for taking the time to help and respond - looks like this board sees a lot of traffic from folks like me relatively new to xPAP use) So...here is the night before last prior to my changing settings - I wonder if I was sleeping more on my side or if I somehow managed ...

Re: Degrading Scores :( Trying to learn how to read OSCAR data

Thanks so much for the suggestions for all who have chimed in. Out of curiousity, why the suggestion to switch to Autoset mode from Autoset for her? I read the thread here and what I gather is that perhaps my machine is not increasing pressure sufficiently to meet my needs on the for her algorithm, ...

Re: Resmed n30i

Curious - I tried the P30i to see if I could get a better seal - but I found the pressure on my nose uncomfortable. I've been relatively happy with the n30i though I find it sometimes feels like the headgear is trying to slip off my head. Appreciate those commenting on frame size - I am in a standar...

Re: Degrading Scores :( Trying to learn how to read OSCAR data

Has anything changed in terms of medication or sleeping position? Are you on your side more or back more? Do you know if your OSA is worse in REM stage sleep? I started in September with the N20 mask but it kept waking me up by leaking into my eyeball - and I would find myself sleeping lightly flat...

Degrading Scores :( Trying to learn how to read OSCAR data

Hello everyone. Newbie here (and newbie to CPAP/APAP use also) I started using my CPAP at the beginning of September, and have noticed my numbers trending in the wrong direction in the last month or so. I contacted the DME that I got my CPAP from and the sleep tech suggested I play around with the h...
