Re: More tired after CPAP with almost perfect fit\AHI and duration

I doubt if changing the max is going to do much but it is worth trying. You spent very little time at 14 and there wasn't this big cluster of events happen when it couldn't go higher. I am wondering if something else is going on to disturb your sleep quality or affect how you feel during the day. W...

Re: More tired after CPAP with almost perfect fit\AHI and duration

How come the break in therapy at 23:00? How come the max of 14? You are running a really tight auto adjusting range....any special reason for doing that and not letting the machine go higher? It wants to at some times during the night. Your leak line (that top total leak line) is sort of all over t...

Re: More tired after CPAP with almost perfect fit\AHI and duration

Post a typical night's detailed report. Maybe there is something on the report that stands out screaming "fix me and you won't be so sleepy during the day". For how to and what to....see this thread. http://www.cpaptalk.com/viewtopic/t158560/How-to-post-images-for-review.html Also see the Sticky at...

So you are more tired during the day now or more sleepy during the day now or both?

They aren't the same thing.
I would say more sleepy. Meaning when I am sitting in a relaxed environment\position I could sleep.

We need more information if we are to come up with any ideas as to why. Please read the sticky at the top of the announcements sec...

Re: Newbie would like to hear success stories, please.

Well I had the experience of first being disappointed and now seeing marginal benefits. I was having 21 AHIs per hour according to my sleep study, hemocrit was elevated and I was exhausted by 4pm every day. I got my machine and well ...NADA. I was logging my progress on the DreamMapper app and was d...
