I’ve been sleeping with the cervical collar now for over a week. In the beginning I saw my ahi go from about 5 to about 2.5. But now it basically stays at about 4 so there is no significant change. Also the collar pushes up my mask and has been causing a lot of leakage.

My ahi averages about 5. I’m not feeling that good when I wake up is that normal?

Given the high pressures you are using, did you ever try a foam cervical collar to see if your pressure requirements would be lower?

I sleep on my back that may be the problem but I’m gonna try the collar

I've raised my min pressure from 16-20 to 18-20 and im having many more centrals can anyone tell me why? What is "many more"? Like from 5 then it can move to 10 10 per hour, or 10 per night being vague with questions or comments doesn't get good answers. Not trying to be vague Per night
