Re: Husbands new Airsense 11

I haven't personally dealt with this specific issue, but I've read that accessing the clinical menu and adjusting settings there might help. Have you tried reaching out to the manufacturer's customer support? They might have a solution or be able to guide you through the process.

Re: Does Your Sternum, ribs or Back Hurt When You Wake? Here is the Solution That Worked For me.

I've also struggled with chronic back pain for a while, and finding relief has been a journey. Like you, I've explored different solutions, including regular massages, which have been quite effective in easing my back discomfort. Recently, I also began a neck pain treatment program in Vaughan, ON . ...

Re: Resmed S9 ASV "Motor life exceeded"

It's possible your insurance might require a new sleep study for a replacement CPAP machine, but it varies. Contact your doctor to discuss options and maybe keep your old machine as a backup.

Re: Neck pain/stiffness

Have you considered trying some gentle stretching exercises or yoga? These can often help alleviate back pain by improving flexibility and strength in your muscles. Additionally, ensuring you have proper posture while sitting and standing, as well as using ergonomic furniture, can make a big differe...

Re: Testosterone therapy and CPAP

I don’t use CPAP myself, but a friend of mine faced a similar situation. He did go on a military muscle testosterone therapy while using CPAP and monitored closely by his doctor to manage potential complications.

Re: CPAP use and CANCER (long term use of Philips System One)

I’ve been dealing with mesothelioma, which also makes me sensitive to these types of issues. I used a CPAP machine for a while and can relate to your frustration. It’s infuriating to think that something meant to help us might actually be causing harm. Your concern about the foam in the CPAP machine...

Re: Smoker? Don't smoke around your CPAP!

Smoking around your CPAP is a bad idea. I recently got a used CPAP from a smoker, and the state of it was shocking. The machine was yellowed with nicotine stains, and the smell was unbearable. It took much scrubbing with alcohol and dish soap to clean it, but it wasn't perfect. The device had a blow...

Re: Back Pain is.. Back! Really frustrated!

A few years back, I started having back pain too and used ibuprofen to help, but it only worked for a little while. When the pain came back, I knew I needed a better solution. That's when I thought about trying physiotherapy. About six months ago, I decided to see a physiotherapist named Humna Aziz....

Yes I do expect that, especially since its under warrantee. Secondly because my life depends on it. You must still believe in Santa Claus if you believe Philips is going to replace everyone's machine with another manufacturer. It would still take a upwards of a year for another manufacturer to make...

Re: First month on new ASV

Ive been on ASV since November, I was told Id have to use a full face mask for ASV because theres no way to control your mouth opening while you sleep, and I do as a matter of fact. My numbers got from .46 up to 4 and never have really gotten stable, but are less than 5. Id rather they were less but...
