Re: OT.....Is there an off-topic board where I can continue a locked discussion?

When you start your argument calling people names "sheeple" you lose before you even get started. That is very arrogant and self righteous of you I get the sense that no one really cares to read your opinion, if they agree or not. I would imagine you could go to Reddit or other forums and engage wit...

Re: Has anyone tried a light box/light therapy to regulate sleeping hours?

If you are out early in the day, don't wear sunglasses. If you are out in the afternoon then be sure to wear sunglasses. Also, there are blue light blocking glasses you might consider wearing in the evenings when on your computer, watching TV, etc. They are sold on Amazon. We don't have much exposur...

Re: Sleep Apnea & Racing Thoughts?

I finally saw yet another psychiatrist who after about 15 minutes diagnosed me with ADHD. I took my first stimulant the next day and sacked out harder than I had slept in a long time. I woke up,and saw color and everything was much clearer. I am still working on getting the right medication(s) and ...

Re: Question for people interested in the Bleep DreamPort no headgear cpap mask

After thinking about this and trying to problem solve today. I think maybe it isn't that the max of 13 is to high, but the min of 9 is way to low for me. Even though my AHI is low, I have been getting up at night to go to the bathroom. I haven't done that is months. So, instead of lowering the max, ...

Re: Question for people interested in the Bleep DreamPort no headgear cpap mask

It is possible that I need to lower my pressure on the Bleep. I was at 14-15, but talked with Stuart and he recommended lowering it some since my AHI were very low. So I lowered it to 9-13. I still have almost zero leaks and my AHI is consistently .7 and under. It has been 4 days. I still feel like...

Re: Question for people interested in the Bleep DreamPort no headgear cpap mask

I have been on the Bleep for a little over 1 week. I have had good nights and not so good nights. About every night on all the other masks I have tried have mostly been not so good. How much would I pay? Humm! Good question! I just spent probably 1/2 our more in a Zoom meeting with Stuart the invent...

Re: Bleep/DreamPort nasal mask review thread

I should get my Bleep on Saturday and I am more than ready to try it. I have tried so many mask and finally settled on the n20, but can’t get the thing to stop leaking. I tape my mouth really good, so I am sure it is coming from the mask itself. I have adjusted, readjusted, made sure the mask was cl...

Re: Resmed N30i Nasal Pillow Options

Just got the P30i today, looking forward to trying it tonight. The venting is diffuse enough, different than the P10, but very similar in effect. Seems comfortable and quiet enough. We'll see. I ordered it today. I hope you will post your thoughts on the P30i I did, just look a couple of posts up *...

Re: How to breathe against constant pressure

You will get to the point where you won't think much about it. You will know something is missing if you lay down and try to sleep without it. You might try listening to a podcast, music, or read while using your machine so your brain is distracted. Don't try to change your breathing, just breathe l...
