Re: Humidifer questions.. Resmed 10 Airsense
Lincare sent is with the first automatic shipment of supplies. After realizing I could get supplies cheaper than paying them 20% for their choice of what they wanted to send me, I promptly canceled.

Re: Humidifer questions.. Resmed 10 Airsense
If you PM me I have a brand new humidifier tank sent to me years ago when I first got an Airsense 10. I now use an Airsense 11. For the cost of shipping it can be yours.

Re: Company still charging me after 12 months
Instead of asking us, you should be calling your insurance company. Or the company charging you. I just went through 19 months of billing hell with Lin(don’t)care. They mistakenly recorded my insurance as paying 80% when they paid 100%. I had to call almost every month. They billed me for the 20% b...

Re: Mask straps keep slipping... Solution?
You say the headgear stretches. That was an issue with the old design P10 pillows too, When the headgear was washed & soaked in warm water, it shrunk back as it dried.
Perhaps this trick could work for you with your mask.

Re: CPAP Repair Cost - Me or Medicare?
I wonder how the 5 year built-in service plan with Medicare balances out with the initial profit of cheaper machines versus reliability of resmed equipment. Perhaps repair statistics can influence sales? One can hope. The Respironics machine I had first (PRSI) was a dog. The known manufacturer's de...

Re: CPAP Repair Cost - Me or Medicare?
I believe that part of the reason the DME gets paid more for the capitated rate of the CPAP machine than the retail price is that they have to provide service and repair for 5 years. So if something does go wrong, contact the DME. Medicare only covers replacement after you’ve reached the estimated ...

Re: Travel ?
CPAP is carryon & does not count as one of your pieces. I purchased a tag to put on the case that designates it as a CPAP.

Probably some scammer using the same ISP.
On the other hand, just because you’re paranoid, does not mean they are not out to get you.

Re: Just got banned again
For most ISPs IP addresses are not assigned per user. They are in a shared pool. Blocking by IP address therefore possibly blocks many innocent users. In my opinion, banning the individual user & possibly banning the ip address from registering new user accounts for a period of time makes better sen...

If you are able to exhale through your nose I think that could help with your issue.

Most any insurance will check and require compliance with you using this or it needs to be returned. You needed a prescription to purchase this outright. If it is still sealed you should e able to return for a full refund.
Personally, this sounds scammy to me.

Re: N95 filter for Remed Airsense 10
No worries. I think you'd have to remove to door to access the inlet. It does just unclip but there is a small risk of breaking the plastic so I wouldn't do it unless your really keen on hooking up my n95 filter. I found some good pictures on line so might have a crack at a tapered oval that should...

Re: N95 filter for Remed Airsense 10
Sorry, people.
I checked with my son and he is unwilling to help.
Likely intentionally, half of the oval is blocked by the curved filter door. My only idea would be something to clip into the curved door but the curve and sealing would be issues.

Re: N95 filter for Remed Airsense 10
I will try & get my son to measure accurately. What do you mean about the hole? I am not following your thought. This filter relaces the square filter on the Air 10. You remove the rectangle filter currently in place and then place the hose adapter into the round inlet hole accessible behind the fi...
