I have this also, but looking at the waveforms, It appears to transitional central, as I am waking and falling back to sleep.

Just want to add that I see some flow limitations - minor, but you may be able to up the pressure slightly to correct that. With an EPR of 3, I would guess that your feeling of difficulty breathing is more psychological than anything else. I do know that if I use the suggested size small nasal pillo...

I can hear mine at pressures greater than about 12 cm h20. I use a white noise generator program running on a box fan to mask the noise. It works well for me.

Go to the dr office in person and talk to a human. It's hard to avoid someone who is standing there. Then once you get your prescription and so on find a different Dr who is responsive to patient concerns.

Even if the insurance will not pay, it may be useful to have to Dr write the prescription so you can shop at online sources like our sponsor to get as good of a price as possible. Just because something is not covered by your insurance does not mean it is not beneficial for you to have.

Another possibility is that you are wearing the masks too tight or too loose. You need to get into your sleep position to see if the mask is loose or tight. When you wake do you reset the mask tighter or looser? I know in my case with full face, nasal and pillows I need to have my masks tighter than...
