I have that same Airsense 10 and have used in Toronto (and around the world), and never had a problem with the cell connection. I didn't have to pay anything beyond my initial purchase. So if the machine isn't working, the shop that sold it to you should replace it or fix it.

For those of you using pillows with contours or cut-outs, what do you do for pillow cases?

Similar to some others, my experience is also that the ramp-up from pressure of 4 leads to a panicked feeling of suffocating. I start at 7 and it's much better. Obviously everyone is different.

it depends on what mode you're in, and that's all in the setup screen. there's a setting for whether the heated tube is on, or off, and another for what temp to use. if you don't have a heated tube, then the only heat is coming from the humidifier, and the more humidity you use, the warmer it'll be...
