I use one (without CPAP) for 15-minute naps on the sofa. Mine is getting worn. I'm looking for recommendations on a replacement. https://www.amazon.com/s?k=face-down+br ... 1_0_recent

Re: ResMed cpap 10 vs the 11
Good grief. Try to be informed before going off on a rant. Medicare does not pay the MSRP. There is a Medicare-approved amount. I'm not going to look it up for you, but it is less than half of what you quoted.

Re: Tube cleaning
he cleaning isn’t for dirt as much as it’s to reduce the load of bacteria, mold, and mildew that grows in the tubing over time. Good grief. You scared me. Fortunately, I am working from home today and could get out my CPAP tubing which has never been cleaned. I shined a flashlight down each end, an...

Re: Fuse Size for Battery Backup
The specs for the converter are here: https://document.resmed.com/documents/p ... lo_mul.pdf How do you get to the fuse in the AS10 converter? I guess I need to look at the fuse and get a spare like it. I thought my setup was complete, but now - a backup fuse. If it's not one thing, it's another. C...

Have there been any complaints in cpaptalk about problems with the foam? I did a search and couldn't find anything.

Re: ResMed AirSense 11 - A sneak peak
Oh....that's the heated tube connection difference. Typical ResMed...they changed the connection from the S9 to the A10 as well. i see. they are just talking about connections, not diameter of hose. still, kind of a d@ck move. From what I understand, the ResMed 12v to 24v adapter I just bought for ...

Re: Cleaning Phillips Respironics System One.
So after I heard about this I slept without the machine last night and today went to the shed and got my old Phillips Respironics System One machine that had been in the shed since November One night without a CPAP is very difficult for me. Even dangerous. What's this about the shed? I would be mor...

Re: Starting BiPAP treatment
The rest of us are going to have to pick up the pieces after all of this is over. I have a BMI of 43. But aging and bad health has caught up with me, and the OSA got so bad. I don't think you will be picking up any pieces. Here's hopes your disability checks, food stamps and Medicaid sustain you.

Re: Starting BiPAP treatment
Then live to get another one - get the shot already! I'm way outside the definition of any group that would need one. We damaged an entire generation of youth with school closures so some olds could be first in line to get these shots and die a few years later. The damage to this country is beyond ...
