Worked like a charm! BTW, I have a nasal mask, a DreamWisp and like it very much although it's the only mas...

Re: ResMed Air Sense 10 Air Blowing Cold
And probably more importantly (and in context), humans do a poor job of judging temperature, what we feel is heat transfer, the ability to transfer heat from our bodies, or to our bodies. https://i.imgur.com/fgcZjzh.gif thank you for this wonderful explanation. have you ever considered teaching? Re: BiPAP: Great Numbers, Super Dizzy
But during the last two nights, when the great numbers finally appeared, I was extremely dizzy in the morning—about 7.5 on a 1-to-10 scale. welcome to the zoo! i'm not an expert by any means, BUT!   why not try the settings you used before the dizziness came and see if it disappears...

Re: chin straps for small heads
Does anyone have suggestions for straps that work well for women/small heads? Thanks. you may want to use a firm foam cervical collar instead of a chinstrap. this can be found at your drugstore or grocery store.it's in the aisle with bed pans and such. or also on Amazon.com. here's some examples- h...

Re: Charity accepting donations of CPAP equipment
I recently changed to a different style of nose cushion and wasn't able to give away the old cushions, either here or on Nextdoor.com. My sleep medicine care team put me in touch with Bridge Disability Ministries. They can accept any CPAP accessories as long as they're in unopened packages. Mail to...

Re: Any tips on how to interpret this data?
pugsy is spot on, though it pains me to say it. I know OP wants to titrate to perfection, but zero isn't what you should aim for. for many years, I chased zero. but it only came up every now and then. nowadays i'm aiming at an ahi of 2 or less as that seems to be what I can realistically achieve.

Re: Any tips on how to interpret this data?
I hear you, and my AHI is certainly good! More and more I think Im fussing with the mask during the night more than I should, and maybe the leaks are disrupting me. But, honestly I don't really know. It seems hard to imagine that the noisy leaks wouldn't be causing issues, but maybe I'm just gettin...
